All our individual letterbox products are built to act as either an external mailbox or an indoor mailbox.

Our wall mounted letterbox products come with a 1-year warranty as well as a 30-day return policy should the box you order not fit your original specification. Please note that if you are returning a purchase such as a wall mounted letterbox it must reach us in a re-sellable condition, ensuring it is packaged the way it was sent to you will help to prevent damage during transit.
