How do you Install Free Standing Post Boxes?

The installation depends on the type of stand that is supplied with the box. The thin tubular 1007 stand or individual black stands are designed to be knocked into the ground. You may choose to push these into freshly poured concrete for a secure fitting. Other stands, including that supplied with Gustav, have a base plate with pre-drilled holes. These can be mounted onto a wooden base.
