The Epsilon-Pillar Through Pillar Parcel Delivery System with Letterbox is a premium built-in parcel and mail solution designed for substantial brick pillars, stone entrance columns, masonry gate structures, and architectural boundary entrances.
Designed in the UK and manufactured in Europe, the Epsilon-Pillar transforms unused internal pillar space into a concealed parcel storage chamber while maintaining a clean, discreet external appearance. Unlike conventional freestanding parcel boxes, most of the system remains hidden inside the pillar structure, helping preserve the visual integrity of entrance gates, walls, and premium property entrances.
Combining a secure parcel chute with an integrated letterbox, the Epsilon-Pillar provides a practical and architectural alternative to standard parcel boxes and traditional through-wall delivery systems.
At the centre of the design is a gravity-fed parcel chute mechanism that allows deliveries to be deposited securely into the concealed lower chamber inside the pillar. The enlarged front chute allows larger parcels to be inserted compared with many standard through pillar parcel boxes, while the integrated anti-theft mechanism helps prevent access to stored parcels from the delivery side.
Parcels are retrieved from the internal side of the pillar through a flush rear access door. For enhanced security, the rear retrieval door is fitted with a robust three-point locking system, offering improved rigidity, better resistance against forced opening, more even locking pressure, and a more secure closing feel than many standard single-point parcel box locks.
The front chute assembly and rear retrieval door include integrated weather protection features to help minimise water ingress during normal use. As with any built-in product installed into masonry, correct perimeter sealing is essential during installation, especially around the front chute collar and rear access frame.
